    Microsoft Challenge Games


    Hello,

    I have been playing the Microsoft Challenge Games since they first started. My problem, when I have played the game for about an hour and have 3 or 4 games to complete the challenge my total time is outrageous. If there are 30 challenges to do and I finish
    27 and want to exit for awhile there is a problem with the time spent doing the 27 challenges when I sign back in.

    I check to see what the time is before signing out and again when I sign in again to finish the 3 or 4 I haven't done yet. The time is the same (example 1:17:53) but completing the remaining challenges in 20 or 25 minutes should still be under 2 hours. When
    I checked to see the standings after finishing all challenges, it shows that I had finished the game in 3 hours and something. This has been happening quite often and I would like to know how it could change to a much higher time than I had actually finished.

    Is there anyway that you can check the timers or whatever you use to make sure that so much time is added to the finish when you start just over a hour and finish in 20 or 25 minutes it shows over 3 hours. It upsets me because I know my true ending time
    but the final time that does the game time is so wrong.

    Just wanted to know what to do about this. I love the games and have played the regular Microsoft daily games (the 5 different games) since having my computer and surface 3.

    Daily Challenge on MS Solitaire Collection

    Game opens but when I try to choose one of the daily challenge games, it starts to load and then stops. Can't load the individual games in the daily challenge in Microsoft Solitaire Challenge. I can open the individual games without going to the daily
    challenge. Help please.

    Microsoft Mahjong > daily challenge - lightning tiles - August 16, 2021 unsolvable

    I've been playing Microsoft Mahjong daily challenge for a couple a years now.

    It's fun playing this game.

    Sometimes is easy, sometimes it's difficult, but it was always solvable until yesterday.

    Yesterday's lightning tiles challenge (August 16, 2021) is unsolvable.

    It's obvious that I'm not the only one who came to this unfortunate conclusion.

    Because there are of lot of other people who came to the same conclusion.

    Daily challenges should be solvable. It doesn't matter if it's difficult, but they should be solvable. That's the definition of a puzzle, it's solvable.

    Please Microsoft, do us players a favor and make this unsolvable lightning tile challenge solvable.

    Do you mean Daily Challenges in our Microsoft Casual Games? I recommend taking this issue to the Microsoft Casual Games Community. There you should be able to get more
    information regarding the requirements and regulations towards your daily challenges.
