community. Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a support
site for the casual games you can look over also. Here is the casual games FAQ too.

This is a system generated notification so, more likely this is the system required to play this game when in tablet mode.

We highly recommend consulting this issue directly to the Microsoft Casual Games support website Accessibility in Microsoft Sudoku – Microsoft Casual Games (zendesk.com), click General > Accessibility in Microsoft Sudoku then look for the Submit a request option in the middle part of the website.

I'm afraid there won't be much follow up on suggestions about Microsoft casual games (Sudoku is one of those) here on the forum. I would suggest using the community website for casual games which should have a discussion for daily challenges:
