    Microsoft Casual Games - Solitaire


    I Cannot open my paid for MS Casual Games – Solitaire on my pc. This occurred after changing my email address about three weeks ago. Everything else is fine.

    I get the message ‘You were signed out of Xbox live from
    outside – need to return to main menu to sign in again. Clicked OK.

    Sign in error. Could
    not sign you in, please check MS Solitaire FAQs at https://etc----.
    Reference code :1170000.

    Taken to Helpcenter. Nothing relevant and following error
    code gives nothing of any use. I have followed all possible paths but just end
    up going round and round in circles.
