Microsoft Casual Games on iPad crashes at end of every advertisement

I have now completed diagnostics with Apple re the above, uninstalled MS Solitaire then reinstalled it. Next we tried resetting my virtually new iPad mini to its factory settings but still the problem persists. I have attempted to contact MS with no success.
I cannot find a way of contacting them about this problem as none of their very complicated dropdown menus appear to offer me a route into their system for anyone using MS games on an iPad. I even tried stating that I had an Xbox problem, went through all
the press 1,2 or 3 about six times then was placed on hold by some robot American before after an eternity the line just went dead. Tried the same process three times and met with the same outcome.

Just how do I get to speak to someone at MS about my problem. FadingToJosh you are my last hope of an answer!

Which ipad mini do you have? The older versions have less RAM and can crash more often.

I have Microsoft casual games downloaded on two pc's and they both have solitaire, but it is unavailable on both my android phone, and my iPad.

Why is this, is it a Microsoft thing about PC's only?
