error code 0x87b20c19. now after the code appeared the xbox shut down and wont start up properly it takes about 45 minutes to boot up and I also have limited capabilities. xbox said the code doesn't exsist but I have pictures proving otherwise anyone got
anything on this little problem

Hey there FiiSH 15! I'm afraid there isn't much we can do here as far as providing you information/steps, you would need to contact that friend. Since the account information is already compromised I would instead suggest you create a brand new account with
your own email and password that nobody else knows. This would ensure your account security!

cant figure this out

i set up my xbox live account at my friends house a few years back, and since he doesnt use the email address anymore, plus we are no longer really close friends, i dont know how to get on to my xbox live because he has the password which i dont know! and
its really beginning to **** me off!!

Hi there,

Have you tried a reset through the startup troubleshooter screen.

Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.

Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

When the console powers up, you will see the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter click on reset xbox but when it asks to keep my games and apps make sure you click yes.

Please go to Settings > System > Console Settings > Highlight System Info and look to the right. Please reply back with what dashboard version you are seeing.

If it's anything other than 2.0.16197.0 that means that you don't have the latest update yet, and you'll need to be patient as it rolls out to you.

Figures, first day of one of the biggest games of the year and i cant even sign in. Fix your *** microsoft, this xbox one has been nothing but a pain in the ***.
