    Hi

    I cant change my gamertag.

    Because payment is disabeld on my account.

    My parrent can't change the settings.

    How can I fix this?

    Need your opinion about a couple of gamer profiles

    That's the unfortunate thing about where i live (Australia), you cant buy 800msp on it's own. we only sell 1500msp, 2000msp or 3000msp. 1500msp here cost $25.

    You cant delete Gamertags you have to change them it cost 800 microsoft points.

    You will not get a free gamertag change from microsoft, I was bullied and harass by other gamers on xbox live. But I paid the 800 points to change my gamertag as i was not given a free gamertag change, now i have a different gamertag the bullying and harassment
    has stopped.

    so i would say get the 800 points and change your gamertag to something, other gamers cant make comments on.

    As stated previously You cant. Youd have to pay for any additional changes via the gamertag change page.

    Hi there, have you waited 30 days since downloading the profile to the Xbox 360 console? If you made any changes and didn't re-download the profile, I don't think the 30 days cones in affect.

    Note You also must wait 30 days after your gamertag is downloaded from Xbox Live before you can switch that gamertag to a different Microsoft account.
