Microsoft cancelled my series X pre order that I placed on september 22. Now they will not...

I am very frustrated. I pre ordered my series X on the day the pre orders went live in September. On November 2 my bank messaged me about a possible 534.99$ fraud charge, I authorized the payment. On November 5 I received an e-mail from Microsoft saying
they could not authorize my payment method. I clicked the link to change my payment method but it said I could not change my payment because the payment had been complete. I have been checking the status on order info page the last couple of days because I
never got a tracking number. A few days ago it was listed as processing I think, then it went to pre-ordered. Now today when I checked it it just says cancelled!!! But it still also says paid and lists my card number. I tried calling support and they said
the could not re-order or do anything for me because they are out of stock. Is there anything I can do or am I just out of luck??
