Jofiel, Microsoft cannot link or unlink accounts in games and platforms, only game support can do so, therefore you will need to contact Minecraft support directly.

I can’t login to my ps4 minecraft account as it says its linked somewhere else.

Even if you could unlink the account you wouldnt be able to link a different one.

This is a Sony imposed restriction, not Microsoft/Xbox.

What happens when I unlink my Microsoft account?

IMPORTANT Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation™ Network account, it cannot be unlinked without loss of access to entitlements and Minecoins on other platforms.

However, even if you unlink it, according to Mojang you can only Re-link it to the original account, you cannot link a different PlayStation account to the Microsoft account.

Unfortunately, once you link a Microsoft account to a Minecraft account, I am afraid they cannot be unlinked!

Hi! if you haven't made any data on the game, then maybe go to playstation settings, go to game data, and delete Minecraft's data. open Minecraft again and it should be unlinked. I'm not sure if this will work because I don't have a PS4. *Please note that i'm not from Microsoft and i'm just trying to help people I can. *
