Microsoft, can we fix Xbox live? Hello? Microsoft? Hello?

So in the middle of a MP match I get kicked off of Xbox live and now can't sign back in. Can we fix this

Problem purchasing 12 month EA Access subscription.

I have spoken with both Microsoft and EA. According to EA, Microsoft are the ones responsible for the billing side of things. So for me it is down to Microsoft to fix this issue for us, as Kodewulf and many others have stated, we are being charged twice
as much for something we can ONLY purchase on the Microsoft Xbox Live Store.

Please Microsoft fix this issue. Do Microsoft read these forums?

Was fixed but now booted off again.... Microsoft do something god damnit

 

Xbox live is down for the second time due to Lizard Squad DDOS attacking servers, microsoft can't do anything about it but wait.

 

Im going over to PS3, MS cant keep it together -.-

Chris, PSN is bein DDOS attacked too...

 

They shut down the PlayStation network also

 

It is night here in TN and Live is down.....Has this been going on all day???

Was on Amazon watching movie when I got kicked off because of X Box Live not work!! Whats going on? Instead of telling us you are working on the problem how about telling us why its happening and when we can get back on.
