Microsoft broke my controller and hung ip on me twice

Same here. It is ridiculous. I have tried to receive support and they have hung up on me twice!!

I hate spoken with three chat agents, called twice - and was even told to contact the Microsoft Store support. The they told me "You'll have to get the money from Walmart since they sold the console." I hung up because that was going nowhere. My problem
was sent to some escalation team now so hopefully that helps.

I don't think they are tough at all. The original 360 controllers failed for me twice, and the newer ones made within the last few years twice as well. I'm on my 5th 360 controller, and that's from someone who takes very good care of his things. Now the
original Xbox (not the 360), THOSE controllers were amazing. I have 4 of them because a bunch of friends and I were into local co-op gaems at the time. Not one of them ever broke, I still have all 4 and they all still work. The 360 controllers are garbage.

Microsoft has the WORST controllers ever. I have replaced 3 because the crappy RB button has broke every time. Bought an Afterglow controller and haven't had a problem yet. Funny, neither one of my PS3 controllers have broke on me yet, and I play on that
more than I do the Xbox. To each his own when it comes to which controller is the best.

I bought my subscription of Office 365 Home Premium on September 20 and have yet to receive my code. I have called both the Microsoft Store and Xbox Support, and they both send me to the other saying its not their responsibility to award me a code. I have
been hung up on twice by Xbox Support because they did not want to deal with my problem. I don't know what to do now! Why is it so difficult for Microsoft to honor the offer?! This is starting to feel like a scam!
