Microsoft bought V bucks

Hello again, as I understand it, if you bought the V-bucks on the Microsoft account but the account is not linked to any Epic account, if so, you can try to request a refund of the V-Bucks.

Have you bought your V-Bucks in a foreign Microsoft store with the spam enter, because Microsoft has banned plenty of players due to that.

With the account that bought the Vbucks credits, go to
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if the original purchase for V-Bucks went through, or if there are issues with the purchase of the V-Bucks credit.

If the V-Bucks were refunded on Microsoft's end, then you will have to talk to Microsoft support, and point them to the order that shows issues.

If the payment for V-Bucks shows as completed on the Microsoft orders page, you will have to talk to Epic Games support, and explain them, that on Microsoft's end the order was completed successfully.

You might also have to
check the transactions on the Epic website after signing in with the account of your son if there is a problem in the purchase history.

I'm sorry to hear about this issue with receiving V-Bucks bought from the Fortnite store.

If you bought V-Bucks from the in game store on your Xbox, then more than likely you purchased it from the Microsoft Store using your account credit, although it is Epic Games responsibility to distribute your V-Bucks into your in-game wallet.

Have you checked your order history to see if the transaction was completed?

The Battle Pass will cost around $10 worth of V Bucks and has to be bought in game. You can get the V Bucks in game or from the MS/XBox store online.
