Microsoft Bingo

Can you please advise when Microsoft Bingo will be fixed? All of the regular players are getting really frustrated by the connection issues, frozen screens, and the loss of tickets, coins and rewards. This is the third week that the problem has been going
on and it is continuing to get worse.

We need an answer please.

Won't load

Microsoft bingo will not load, everything else works but the bingo.

 

I would recommend trying to reset the app. If you go to Settings > Apps and then find MS Bingo in the list, highlight it and click "Advanced options". On that page, scroll down a little bit and click "Reset". From there, when that is done, try and launch
the game and see if you're still seeing issues.

concerns more directly to the developers and the team that maintains them.
