Microsoft Bingo

When is someone gonna fix Microsoft Bingo?? Running erratic, and a slew of problems! Mostly in the last week or so. MS support told me to delete browsing history and clear cache, that didn't work! Then they told me to uninstall and reinstall. You can reinstall
MS solitaire but not download MS Bingo! Maybe between Xbox and MS someone could repair< please!!!!

Won't load

Microsoft bingo will not load, everything else works but the bingo.

 

I'm not sure why you can't download MS Bingo? Are you getting an error? It's still listed in the Windows 10 Store: Microsoft Bingo What I'd recommend doing, on your Windows
10 device, is going to All Settings > Apps, and then find MS Bingo in the list. From there click it, and click "Advanced options" On that page, scroll down a bit and select "Reset". That should reset the app, without having to uninstall/reinstall if you're
having problems there. That can also clear up a number of errors or issues you might be experiencing in the app.

I'd also recommend you check out the Microsoft Casual Games website. There is a community there you can post your questions to and get some more tips and reach out to those at MS who
might be able to assist further.
