Microsoft Bingo

Not sure if this is an issue that many others have been having for a while or if this has been occurring since the April rollout of the Microsoft Windows 10 update push, but I cannot seem to play Bingo anymore. I am receiving the
following message:

Server Connection Error

There was a problem connecting to the Bingo server. If the problem persists, please check the Bingo support page at
Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened..



Please address this problem immediately, as my son is also having troubles with other games on your servers.

Won't load

Microsoft bingo will not load, everything else works but the bingo.

The said error message appears if the game is having difficulty connecting to the game server. Let's try to isolate this issue so that we could find a way to get it fixed. Kindly provide us the following information:

• Can you tell us if you're getting the same error on other Microsoft Casual Games like in Microsoft Solitaire?
• can you also tell us the other games that your son is having trouble with?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
