    Microsoft Bingo


    A couple of weeks ago - I was playing Microsoft Bingo, finished my Power Card, the community goal was just a couple thousand short of completion. I had progressed quite a way towards my next level, and was excited for my 100 keys, which would make it faster
    to finish the level and get more awards. I checked back in and no keys, progress has been retrograde, I have nothing to work with here after earning it. What do I do? I'm not real happy with this game right now and I used to play it all the time.

    Microsoft bingo will not load, everything else works but the bingo.

    Do we not actually get support? I had another instance of earning 155 keys and still no keys. At this point how do I get the keys I earned? Both of these circumstances were on France at the silver level. I haven't noticed that you have even looked at
    this. Please help - I used to enjoy this game. I play several of the other MS games - Solitaire, Mahjong, Jigsaw Puzzles, Ultimate Word Games, Taptiles and complete the daily challenges. This game is not up to snuff and if I don't get a response from SUPPORT,
    I am going to delete it, which sucks because I used to play it nearly every day.
