microsoft bingo

I downloaded Microsoft bingo, but I can not find it nor can I open it up on the app store, it says I have it installed, I HAVE A dELL 8.1 COMPUTER AND HAD IR BEFORE AND PLAYED MANY TIMES, but unable to locate where it is...... Please help.

Won't load

Microsoft bingo will not load, everything else works but the bingo.

I'm sorry to see any installation issues on your Windows 8.1 PC! If you haven't already, use the Search function in the Start menu to find 'bingo'.

If you're unable to see the app within the Start menu or after a search to uninstall it there, then I suggest

creating a local account to see if the app shows up on a new user on your PC.

If it still doesn't show up there, let's clear the cache in the Windows Store to see if that helps with it saying "installed". Hold the Windows key + R down to open the run menu. Type in 'wsreset.exe' (without the apostrophes), and hit Enter. This should
open the Store, and cache should be cleared in there. Do a search for Bingo after that, and see if it still shows as installed.

If neither of these work, then you might have to reinstall Windows 8.1 on your PC. Not being able to find something that is installed sounds like an inherent operating system issue, and the only way to clear that is by reinstalling the OS.
