Microsoft Bingo

Has anyone ever got their coins refunded when the game screws up? It's been over 10 months since I downloaded the game, and I've lost tons of rewards. Between the game losing it's connection, double charging, and freezing up, have lost tons. I wonder why
they can't have a pause button? I'm really getting fed up with getting ripped off by the people at Microsoft. They sure have devised a sure method of getting more money out of you by not letting you buy the lower amounts of coins. Only lets me buy the $19.99
or higher by stating how I already got that packet. I can't figure it all out. I'm thinking of going thru the withdrawals and giving up my favorite game, cause I can't afford throwing away 2-$400 a month. Doesn't Microsoft have enough money so they don't have
to rip off an old lady on Social Security? They should refund the coins they state they will. Windows 10 has been out for a few years and they still haven't been able to fix the bugs yet? Are they even trying?

Won't load

Microsoft bingo will not load, everything else works but the bingo.

 

After my last two games of Bingo, the system has crashed and I never got all of the coins, keys, etc. that I won during the game. I have been buying coins from Microsoft and feel like this is a big waste. Who can we contact to fix the glitch?
