I also can't see the "your rewards" on the power card. Since the update this game has had major issues.

 

Please at least tell us you are working on this.

Still don't get any community bingo credit after a power bingo so I can't earn keys.

 

Hello all,

I am also having the problem with getting credit for my power bingos. Since I moved over to Windows 10, I did not get any keys for filling up my 100 keys bar in France. Been playing USA and have not received any progression on my keys bar. Tried uninstalling
and signing out of Xbox Live acct. Nothing seems to work. Are we going to get any credit to our keys or coins that we have been using?

 

Still not getting credit for Power Bingo's. Is there anything being done to fix this. I got a request to help pick the next game for you to develop...how about BINGO.

 

they say they are but it's been two months they released the update but so far nothing

 

The people at Frima Studios must really be proud of this downgrade.

 

It broke for me this morning as well. Worked fine yesterday. It seems to act like crap when no one else is playing. It X's out my cards when they have valid bingos. It claimed I "idled out" when I was clearly playing and getting Xed out cards.

It just now almost crashed my computer as it told me that I idled out again. Like, froze my mouse, pinwheel style freezing. That is UNACCEPTABLE.

 

Still not working...come on fix this!!!

 

I am also getting X's when I am sure I have a valid bingo. I would appreciate a reply from the support team on how to fix my problems. It is getting to the point that I no longer enjoy playing this game, even though it used to be one of my favorites.

 

I am having the same issue I am also getting X's when I'm sure I have bingo to. Also there seems to be a lag in the game when are all of the issues for this game going to be fixed.

yeah and now the latest ruse was oh we promise everyone 400 keys, yeah i've looked for the entire weekend zilch on keys, the only keys i got were from friends

I'm not able to get into this game at all. I get a continuing timer. It does not allow me access at all.
