Won't load

Microsoft bingo will not load, everything else works but the bingo.

 

I am also unhappy with the new layout. I want to be able to see how many coins, etc. I have at a glance, not with a down arrow.

Try unmaximizing & dragging to resize the window to the edges of the screen, then maximizing again. It works for me, but I've had to do it every single time I log in or I can't see more than 3 cards, either.

 

The new layout is so NOT USER FRIENDLY. It violates so many good game principles that I learned in Game Design class in college it isn't funny. This is such an "amateur" level work and production...it is sad to see. This game was one of my favorites, now
since the redesign and the update...it is buggy, and is almost unplayable. Which is so sad. I doubt seriously that anyone from Microsoft or Xbox is paying attention to all of these complaints...or that they even care. Since the "update"...I can't play it on
my laptop anymore either...keeps crashing, so had no choice but to uninstall it. These changes are a major disappointment.

 

Can not see power cards points for community keys Why can't you see them anymore

 

I am not receiving credits for power card bingos are I'm not seeing them one or the other, I use to buy coins and tickets when needed but will not buy any more if I don't see the credits I'm suppose to get, please fix ASAP

 

I opened MSB with the new update and all these achievements popped up. Strange thing, it gave me 595 points as an Xbox One Game. I don't own an Xbox One but it shows on my account that I apparently do. Anyone else get this? The audio is crap, it crashes,
barely connects to login and load and a host of other issues.

 

I also can't see more than three cards, no coins and the numbers that are called are not all on the screen

 

This game is also lagging/hitching really badly for many, many users. Please fix this game!

 

When the game finally is able to log on, everything seems OK. I purchase 4 cards, select my power numbers, and play. Then I can't win because it can't connect to the rewards screen. So, I played for nothing! I'm about to give up on this game. Too bad I really
enjoyed it.

Same here! Can't log in. Rewards screen won't open. Power up option not available. It seems this program has gone from bad to worse (if that's even possible). Totally unable to play without encountering something that doesn't work anymore. Don't understand
why Microsoft doesn't just roll back the old working version until this version can be fixed. Losing loyal players by the hour, myself included.

I am getting power bingo and not getting credit for it. Check every once in a while, still not getting credit.

Why can't I see how many coins I have. It would be nice to have that info when asked to continue.

I have been complaining about this fiasco of an update since Oct 7 as have countless others.

Just roll back to the last usable game until this buggy thing can be fixed.
