    Microsoft Bingo update on fix


    I've spent the last 2 hours talking with chat support, finally got out of one of them that the techs are working on the issue of the servers not connecting.

    An agent from xbox chat support (I got hand-balled around a lot) told me this, in regards to this forum and posts about the server issues:

    "

    Don't worry. I assure you that Microsoft has read all the feedbacks

    posted there and is currently working on a solution to solve that issue.

    "

    They were not able to forward me onto the techs working on the issue, or a moderator for this forum, but assured me that a forum moderator would be along soon, and to check back in 24 hours.

    I guess we'll have to try and wait it out, hopefully we can get a result soon.

    I wish you would fix Microsoft Bingo. It says can not find the server. This has been going on for 3 days. I enjoy playing Bingo so I hope you fix very soon.

    Either fix the problems or just simply take it down and repay your customers the money you owe them.

    We're not sure what app you might be referring to exactly. Please try the troubleshooting steps on this page

    HERE     and let us know if it helps though. Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling the game will fix an issue like this.

    Please fix, The around the sphere achievement worth 40G. it unlocks in the game achievementlist but does'nt pop the 40G s seen in the Xboxapp.

    power card rewards not received &very buggy

    Hi, While the app is working much better after the update, I still am not getting my community or personal rewards from the Power Cards. I don't know whether I should stop playing the Power Cards until this issue is fixed as currently it is a waste of coins.

    Just an FYI, I had to download the latest update to Windows 8.1 in order to get Bingo updated.

    Also not all of the bugs have been fixed - this morning I called a Bingo and the audio said Bingo but on screen it called it a bad bingo and blocked me out, the squares were shown correctly in green.
