Microsoft Bingo "unstable"

The game was down for several days recently. Since it has come back up, it is extremely unreliable. Quite often when I finish a game, it goes to "connection in progress" and I lose whatever rewards I gained and any "coins" I used. Any idea when it might
start working right again?

Will Microsoft EVER fix the Bingo server problem?

Connecting problems and being unceremoniously thrown off the site in the middle of a game!

Where is Microsoft? Why no info about the problem? Memories of Win 3, and following buggy versions seem to slip into focus.

When will Microsoft even PRETEND to care about their customers? When will this unstable connectivity problem be fixed? A response from Microsoft would be nice but I'm not holding my breath.

Is it still ongoing? Have you tried to reinstall the game?

 

If I reinstall the game will I loose any or all the advancements and achievements that I have made? Currently I'm at level 54.

 

Within the past hour all seems to be ok. Not sure if support staff looks at “chat” section of game. It seems to be ongoing for many others. In past i have reinstalled AND set up a new Xbox account. Nothing helps when the game freezes.

 

I don’t know, I am just a user. I did it two years, can’t remember. I don’t think anything, but not sure. It really shouldn’t be necessary. I believe the problem is on the Microsoft side.
