    I keep getting message: Sorry, we're not sure what happened. Try again, or check back, later.

    I keep getting this message on my pc and my laptop.

    When will microsoft fix the problems with bingo? The unable to connect error is getting really old!

    There seems to be some problems with the service.

    Let's hope MS fixes it soon.

    I haven't been able to connect to Microsoft Bingo since yesterday evening. Keep getting connection error. The forum link provided in the error message gives another error message, that service is unavailable.

    Please fix.
    There may be an issue with the server itself

    Just to add... I'm having the same issues and I'm in Australia too. My Xbox LIVE account region is set to Australia but the Microsoft Account region page has this error message:

    "We're unable to retrieve information for this section at this time. We're sorry for the inconvenience, please try again later."

    I'm almost certain it's set to Australia as well though.
