Microsoft Bingo stole my achievements!

I played this game on my Windows Phone for a few months in 2017 until I completed all of its achievements. Okay!

This week (February - 5 - 2018) I bought a Windows 10 notebook. And I had the bad idea to download Microsoft Bingo again.

To my surprise, my progress synchronized and I unlocked 95% of the achievements at one go. The only one that was missing I did today (February - 7 - 2018). But to my surprise again Microsoft has removed all my achievements from this game, both Windows Phone
and Windows 10.

Why does Microsoft give so much trouble, and why do they create support that does not solve anything? It's the question I ask myself having so many Microsoft products.

was playing Microsoft bingo in Itally and I bought enough extra balls so I could finish filling up my 4 cards I spent over 1000 coins and when I was about to hit the last number your game froze up on me. I did not get what ws owed to me nore did I get to
level up. I don't think this is fair and I deserve to get my coins back plus some, and it is not my computer cause after it froze it kicked me off tried to get back on and everything was gone and it wanted me to start all over again. If you aren't giving out
prizes like you suppose to then why have the game.

We'd recommend resetting your network and the Xbox App. To reset the Xbox App, let's have you try the following steps:

-Open the settings app.

-Navigate to System.

-In the system sub-menu, navigate to Apps and Features

-Search for the app in question.

-After selecting the app, select advanced options.

-Tap reset.

The Windows 10 problem is done.

Now the Windows Phone persists. I have all achievements unlocked in game but zero on my gamertag.

 

I've not managed to get the Windows 10 version to sync the achievements in months, so no idea how you fixed that issue. I unlocked them in-game back in October, but I'm still waiting for them to unlock properly four months later.

 

Well they just unlocked. If someone did some magic behind the scenes, thank you. If not, it's just a freaky coincidence that they unlocked after complaining about the problem.

 

They like to play hide and seek with us. When I posted this my achievements appeared for the Windows version of the game. But the Windows phone Bingo achievements, they are blank as if I've had never played before.
