Microsoft Bingo problems since upgrade

I keep getting an error message and the game will not even load....message says server problem

 

additional problems to those stated above:

i - the tokens/tickets which we need to play the game, and which are supposed to accumulate every 5 minutes are now disappearing every 5 minutes! I watched in amazement as mine went down while I was playing one game; then - with none left, the 5 minutes
rolled over and I still had none

ii - it is ridiculous how the game ends with no time to dab / daub the final number called or to hit the bingo; when you purchase 5 more balls, there is time at the beginning and end to check the status and ensure all numbers are complete

iii - an annoyance here - on the "new" (poorer) version, at the start of a game it says "time to start 00" whether there is 1 second to go, 10 or even 20+ seconds to wait!

iv - and what's with the countdown clock (both older and updated versions) which has no rhyme nor reason to how it counts down; no idea when it is likely to reach 10 (10 what, anyway? calls? seconds?) It stays at 30 for *ages* then starts to count down,
but not in any form of pattern and sometimes 2 numbers can be called safely when it is at 1, while on others it finishes at 4

 

I am having all these problems . My biggest complaint is I can only play 3 maybe 4 games and it will start having a fit , telling me I have two bingos when I have none or no bingos when I have nine. Then saying I have no luggage to open. It is a total
waste of powerups, tickets, and gold.

And why does it say at the top of this forum there is a suggested answer to this issue when there isn't one (unless you count the guy who says to close the game and restart which is not an answer). Am I missing something??

Two computers in our house husband and I both like playing Bingo but since the upgrade we are having all kinds of problems - game not loading and giving message server error, game freezing more than once during a game, call a bingo and instead of getting
the bingo get the red x stating bad bingo, and power bingo cards are not showing the amount of keys you will get or what bunch you are on like the 15, 40, or 100 keys. it is very sad when u find a game that you like but then you can't play because its been
messed up by a bad upgrade. It would really be nice if it could be fixed soon.

 

The suggest answer did not come the developers. It was suggested that the best thing to do is go back to the way it was before the horrible upgrade. But I notice that no one is answering any of these threads.

 

My mistake Mister Maka, I did not see your post. When I clicked on the link, I could not find what I wanted. The thing about this thread is that everyone is having all the same issues. The update is not working on all the areas discussed in this thread.

 

Having PROBLEMS ALSO WHATIS GOING ON DON'T PLAY ASMUCH ANYMORE BECAUSE OF THIS

 

What happened to the collection pieces and why do I have to shrink and unshrink the app in order to play the game. Please fix it was a fun game.
