Microsoft Bingo problems since upgrade

Purchased coins, but they did not show up. Wasted $4.99 on that one. When I win bingos, I am not getting any luggage to open. Used to get luggage to open every time I would get bingos. Since the upgrade a couple days ago, there are a lot of bugs in this
game. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but it did not help. Used to love to play this game. It really sucks now.

Microsoft Bingo on Windows won't load

It could be the graphic's card driver. If you are using WDDM 1.1, as of the recent "upgrade" it is causing the Windows driver, igd10umd32.dll to fault out. The upgrade did it to my laptop and haven't been able to play it since the upgrade. Had no problems
with it *before* the recent upgrade. Had no choice but to uninstall Microsoft Bingo from my laptop. I just hope someone at Microsoft and Frima Studios are paying attention. I hope they do something to fix all of the problems that the recent upgrade has been
causing. Wait and see is all I know to do.

 

Bingo connection problems

I think nobody is working today to fix Microsoft bingo. Afterall it is New Years Day! If someone is working can u please fix the

connection to Microsoft bingo please! Because everyone has the same problems since hours. Yesterday it didn't work well either but after a while I could still play some bingo games.

 

Same issues here; but I contacted the MS Store and got a refund of my purchase. Also, the community bar does not show progress as community bingos are won... I've played this game almost everyday for the past year or so and have to say that this upgrade
should never have been released. As a former developer; I can't understand how this got pass the programmer; let alone QA... Someone's is getting paid to do nothing!!

 

i stop play,every second game something freeze and layout is worst than before

 

cards are way too small...use to play every day...this upgrade is no upgrade.

 

in my case, cards are way too big!... i can't see my 6 cards without scrolling up and down. the whole layout is zoomed in, it's impossible to play

 

Rewards are not given after getting a bingo and there are too many server and chat problems. The only way to fix this problem temporarily is to close the game out as many times as it takes for both the servers and chat to work. I hope you guys are aware
of this.

 

I won some games, but i get the messages: no possible to contuine, plase tray again! Microsoft, you can solve this problem? the best way, downgrade to the old game

 

The upgrade has been a DISASTER and I cannot believe that Microsoft would want to be associated with something that is so UNfit for purpose. Does anyone involved with this game actually read the rating comments and thoe here too?

As others say, since the "upgrade" the game cannot be played: often it is unable to load at all; it freezes mid-game; awards cannot be awarded; progress has stopped progressing.

The actual game window has changed and is also a disaster.

There really was nothing wrong with the original pre-update game. I have a friend who - fortunately - has not yet been upgraded, and is able to lay along merrily ...... <sigh>.

Please get this sorted - as you will be losing a lot of users

 

Me too! Thought it was something wrong with my machine. Get Bingo and program gives me the 10 second penalty and won't accept. Got hooked on this game with the recent purchase of a tablet with W10, and now totally frustrated!!! Seems every time programmers
upgrade anything, it gets worse. Makes you wonder if they know what they are doing.

 

I am having many of the same issues since updating.

All of my completed power cards and community challenge gifts are gone.

I tried to start another community challenge and the power bingos still won't register.

Does anybody know how to get the gifts I lost back?

Just resizing the size of the game window seems to knock you off of the game.

Is there any way to roll back to the previous version? I don't even want to play this one.

This new game is horrible so far.

 

This so-called "upgrade"...not giving me Bingo's that I've won...no coins, no luggage. Also, before this "upgrade" I could play it on my old laptop, which has no problems with Win 10, but since this upgrade, it keeps faulting the WDDM 1.1 igd10umd32.dll
driver...the game crashes every time on it and I had no choice but to uninstall this game from my laptop. This "upgrade" is just sheer incompetence, at the very least. I am beyond disappointment at both Microsoft and Frima Studios for this really bad and horrible
"upgrade".

 

Since the so called upgrade, this game has gotten worse! The game cards are too big, freezes/locks up constantly, hit the bingo button and nothing happens or I get a big X across it when I actually have a bingo, dont get credit for the bingos I do get!!!!
Loved to play this game but am playing it much less due to the very very poor quality of the game and the programmers. Were they on drugs or drunk when they did the recent upgrades??????

 

same issues here, spent 14 bucks, played 2 days and this upgrade happened. got in once and 2 cards were all that would fit in screen without hiding the power up bar, no bingos registered when I got in. haven't been able to get back in for days now. come
on guys, fix it or refund my money.
