    Microsoft Bingo Pattern in regular Bingo is not rewarded


    I have a Windows 8.1 PC. I am in the gold level of USA. When I achieve a pattern in regular bingo, the game does not award a black trunk. It happened to me in the gold level of France, also.

    Trouble connecting with Microsoft Bingo on XBox

    I am getting the following message when I try to log in to Microsoft Bingo again.. Why does this happen on a regular basis. This is the only game that it does this on.

    There was a problem connecting to the Bingo server. If the problem persists, please check the Bingo support page at Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened..

    I filled my last three spots on my bingo Powercard and was not awarded the power pattern

    The bingo game shut down right as I filled the last three spots on my Bingo card. It seems that I was awarded the four Power Bingos but not the Power Pattern. What can I do to recoup the awards associated with my win?

    Featweevil8040 has lost all but the most recent bingo and power bingo called when viewing the statistics report

    what happened is when they did the update they wiped everyone's bingos and power bingos, and also for travel patterens the one that count are on the regular card and not power card

    I cant call valid bingos

    Having the same problem.

    From the very beginning,

    Valid bingos are not scored. In fact, in my case: my bingos are counted in the end of game reward; they are reported in list of all bingos to the left of the screen during a game; but they produce not a "Bingo" happy picture, but a red cross and 10s delay
    as if there was no bingos on field. Auto-bingo also does not seem to work (not sure in this point, as soon as I can't say what is normal behavior, but no "Bingo" picture also).

    XBox connection is established, Facebook is not used.

    When that happens that bingo server is completely messed up and you won't get any reward. Close out of bingo app completely and open it again, and you will probably get onto a different bingo server that is working correctly.

    I just experienced the same problem. This needs to be fixed. We enjoy Bingo, but it is discouraging to get all Bingos and then lose the rewards because the screen is locked.
