Microsoft Bingo Not Giving Free Coins & Tickets

I have previously reported this problem with Microsoft Bingo NOT giving the free tickets and coins for viewing the ads. #1 The ads wont load or play, #2 This has been happening for over 6 weeks, #3 I have reported this issue on Microsoft Bingo Face Page,
Sent an Email to the Developer, sent an email and online chat with Microsoft Xbox tech support. Posted about the problem on two different Microsoft Bingo Forum sites, and have not received a single email confirming that SOMEONE has read the posts, complaints,
and looked into the problem. I have also learned that there are several, if not numerous people having the same problem. Please respond email: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

Another day with no tickets and no coins

Another day.....! I can't receive free coins and free tickets.

Hé Microsoft, where are you?

Enough is Enough - Fix the problem

This is the third time in probably less than two weeks that I'm writing you about this: ads that freeze and don't allow you to collect free tickets and coins on Microsoft Bingo. When you click the tickets/free coins button, a Microsoft Games ad cues up,
starts at 15 seconds, goes to 14 seconds and then freezes giving you a screen that the purchase can't be completed. This been going on since NOVEMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't you fix this????????? And as others have posted, you should reimburse us for not being
able to collect these tickets and coins. And why is it only Microsoft Bingo that has these problems? Other Microsoft Games I use work fine, and ads don't hang.
