    AGAIN, I have gotten to the rewards for the 7th day and it will skip over and start with Day 1. Makes me wonder why I play given what goes on!

    Bingo Quality - POOR

    1st - Bingo starts experiencing "lag" time

    2nd - the infamous "connection in progress....." notification

    3rd - no connection allowed

    4th - banner states to go to bingo "support" page at
    http://aka.ms/msbingost

    5th - sent to a "forum" site so I can read how other Bingo players are unhappy with this product as well (that's helpful?)

    6th - Microsoft "Bingo" support nonexistent - the definition = not existing, or not real or present

    7th - magically Bingo starts to work

    8th - go back to #1

    Never got my ebony pistol skin

    I viewed the video during the live stream for over an hour. Never got my reward and it is now the 7th day and still no reward and now not getting help on this post this is ridiculous.

    floral knot on the reward yes you do get a day 7 reward it just doesn't highlight as day 7 you'll get a mix of 5 auto bingos auto daubers they had the same problem with 8.1 before they finally got around to it

    What is going on with Bingo these days? Since Thursday or Friday, ongoing issue with "connection in progress" when transitioning from completed game to game rewards board, thereby losing all bingos &/or rewards; sometimes after spending tickets for additional
    5s. I have lost at least 10 bingos plus keys and luggage card rewards since Sunday. I observed from reading 'chat' posts that this problem is pervasive!

    Every week there seems to be some sort of 'connectivity' problem. Why can't a permanent remedy be found!!!!???@@###*** Don't need this kind of aggravation!
    I'm not losing any rewards---CAN'T CONNECT!!!!!

    Please help. I am able to connect to Microsoft Bingo and go into Social. I am not able to send gifts to Bingo friends. I am only able to redeem one gift at a time. This is very time consuming and not very much fun. I am getting really frustrated because
    this is going on day after day. I have reset Microsoft Bingo and Xbox.
