My phone was up dates about 6 weeks ago with the 8.1 windows update. The game worked fine until today when I went to play and at first it looks fine and as soon as it gets to the part where you chose which city you want to play in it goes black. Anyone have
any suggestions? I did a soft reboot also with the re-installing of the game and nothing helped.

windows phone and micro soft bingo game

I have had no issues with this game....until I reached approx. level 50/51....Now when I try to play, I get the top bar with my coins, keys, etc. but I have a black screen where the bingo cards should be.... Any thoughts???

Black screen when screen recording

Every time I try to screen record game clips to share with my friends, the screen goes black and doesn’t record anything (except for a black screen). I’ve reset my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the Xbox app but nothing is working. Please help.

Same thing is happening to me now on my Nokia 920. Oddly, as soon as I reached level 51 is when it started. Never even got to see the new location.

Black screen since four days, not solution by Microsoft !!! I uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same !!! And second problem : the collections not valided on the profil

You have to have keys to open the bags - inside the bags are various types of rewards - coins, tickets and power-ups. The luggage to open comes at the end of each game, and is determined based on certain tiles that get daubed, or power balls and power bingos.
If you don't have any keys, when you try to click on the luggage it will try to send you to the store to purchase some - this is the "buy more" message you are getting. As soon as you hit the play again button, any luggage you had in that "reward" line goes
away. By playing power bingo with the community goals, you can get a ton of keys - you can also get them by logging in daily - there are certain days that give you between 2-5 keys. Finally, you can get keys from daubing tiles that have a key on them, from
leveling up or even sometimes you get keys inside the luggage you are opening. Other than that you have to purchase them with coins in the shop - five for one hundred coins. Hope that helps you!
