    Microsoft Bingo freezes and lost community points for keys


    1. What version & build of Windows are you running? Win 10
    2. What is the make (who made it) & model (if you know it) of the device or devices you are using? Asus laptop, Microsoft Edge or IE 11
    3. About how long ago did you start having this problem? freezing has been issue since I installed, lost points happened between last night at 11 PM (est) and today at (9PM).
    4. Have you noticed this problem happening on any other games? No and I have magic jigsaw, MS jigsaw, MS Soduko, MS Solitare
    5. Describe your problem. Please explain what happens from the time you launch the game until the problem happens. After playing several cards the program freezes and I have lost tickets, coins, and bingo winnings
    6. Please post any other details or notes about your problem here:

    Last week I won 100 keys on the France power card bingo game. They say that you have to wait till the community goal is achieved. The goal was achieved and I am still waiting for my keys. Thanks Microsoft Bingo.

    1. The platform is Windows 10 on my Laptop.

    2. The keys were promised when the community reached the target.

    This has just completely put my grandson off playing and we haven't been back and probably won't. Don't like it when the goalposts shift and you have to push for what you were promised, hard to explain to a youngster.

    connection problem

    the same happens to me. Just when I am going good making several bingos or tryng to get my community balls. the game freezes and then I have lost all the everthling after I have spent about 10.00 for coins.. Microsoft is a well, I better keep it to myself
    but I think I am going to boycott them.

    Still don't get any community bingo credit after a power bingo so I can't earn keys.
