Microsoft Bingo creating fault errors since update of 10-7-15

Add to this, constant Server and Multiple Server Errors. Microsoft Bingo, since the update, won't play on my laptop anymore, it causes Windows own WMMD 1.1 graphic drivers to fault, causing the game to crash when it loads. I am almost done trying to contact
Microsoft about these issues. Have lowered my score for this game on the Store website and listing *why* my opinion has changed. I really have to wonder if anyone at Microsoft Games really cares about any of the problems their "update" has created, since it
seems to me...all they care about is making this game's looks and appearance conform to a Windows 10 "look". Game playability doesn't seem to be getting any attention. I'm almost about to go back to playing online games with EA...at least they fix problems
when they happen. I cannot say that about Microsoft anymore, sadly.

I'd register for a repair but it would cost me $99 and since the fault lies with Microsoft (due to the update), I can't see why I should be responsible for paying to correct a problem they created!

I have experienced the same problems as the other posts here, and have been battling this problem -- only with Microsoft Jigsaw -- for over a year now. In addition, Microsoft Jigsaw would not load at all 3/13/15 to 7/29/15. Had to uninstall & reinstall
3 times on Windows 10 before it would download 1 collection. Since 8/09/15, it will not connect to Xbox. Uninstalling & reinstalling does not help. All of my other games -- Microsoft Bingo, Microsoft Jackpot, Microsoft Mahong, Microsoft Minesweeper, Microsoft
Solitaire, Microsoft Sudoku, Taptiles, etc. -- connect immediately (I tested each one before sending this message). When I open Xbox separately, it comes up immediately & shows that I am logged in. As the other posters have noted, this is not a system problem
-- all other programs and games work just fine -- this is clearly a problem with the Microsoft Jigsaw program itself. All Windows updates are installed (especially since Windows 10 does so automatically), and my antivirus is not interfering. All other programs
& apps are working just fine on my system with the existing settings, protections, etc. -- with the exception of Microsoft Jigsaw, which has never worked well consistently for any length of time at all. I have had no positive results through this forum in
the past -- I'm just hoping to let others know that they are not alone, that these problems are affecting many people also, with little hope of resolution.

My suggestion is that in Windows 10 under Apps you select MS Bingo and click the reset selection under extra options. Do not delete the game. Just reset the game and restart your computer. This will also work for the Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Be sure
to reboot your computer before trying to play your game again. Obviously this is a software glitch do to advertising and the news feed. Microsoft Store may also be affected by this too, but you can choose the Microsoft app and reset it too. The interesting
thing is that my games have all been updated but errors still persist. You can also check your mouse drivers to see if you have the updated correct driver for the mouse that you are using. I have had the same problem with the bingo freezing and I tried these
methods before things returned to normal. I think that new updates to Windows 10 may have caused some errors after you installed them and rebooted your computer. You are not the first person playing bingo that this has happened to.
