    I keep getting connection problems has anyone had that issue as well

    I am getting issues connecting to Microsoft Bingo over and over or it will work then in the middle of a game it just starts loosing connections. This only happens with bingo no other applications or web issues

    Generally connection issues fall on your network. Do you have your PC connected wired or wireless? If you're wireless, you may want to move closer to your network hardware if possible. Let us know Microsoft Bingo connection issues :)

    Hey delacomte! Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? Check out the Casual Games FAQ for some basic troubleshooting steps and Error
    Codes & How to Fix Your Game     for some additional steps. If you could, please provide the following information as well:

    • Region:
    • Device:
    • Mobile (Y/N):
    • Operating System:
    • Wired or wireless connection:
    Additionally if you could please upload a DXDiag file to a file hosting service like OneDrive, that will greatly help us in sorting out what may be going on. Steps can be found here (Note:
    one DXDiag is run, you will get the file by selecting "Save All Information"). Thanks!

    Server Connection Issues

    I am playing on my PC from the downloaded Bingo game. My internet connection is strong and I'm not having problems with the other Xbox live games like solitaire connection or Mahjong. I see on the Bingo discussion and support pages that this is a global
    problem with server connection issues that Microsoft keeps experiencing and not just an issue with me so I'll wait until the problem gets resolved.

    Does Microsoft post updates when there are large connectivity issues with updates or information on when these will be fixed?
