Microsoft Bingo - Black Screen

Discus and support Microsoft Bingo - Black Screen in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I updated the game to the Windows 10 version today, and now I can't see anything because it only displays a black screen.     Microsoft Bingo - Black Screen


    I updated the game to the Windows 10 version today, and now I can't see anything because it only displays a black screen. I can see the UI, but nothing else displays on the screen. When I minimize the game I can see a brief glimpse of the game before it
    reverts back to the black screen. Here is a screenshot of my issue. http://i.imgur.com/PpmTtRi.png

    Microsoft Bingo keeps dropping connection to server; even drops off computer

    Please tell me why Microsoft Bingo keeps losing connection to the server. OR it keeps dropping off my screen?

    bingo connection problems once again

    bingo connection problems once again.... also not to mention unavailability of the free tickets & coins., I can only imagine

    please fix or I'll just play bingo elsewhere. this is totally ridiculous for the big microsoft industry giants . . .

    no wonder why I don't use your browsers, I can only imagine how much more frustrated I would become . . .

    big black eye for microsoft!

    What the .......?

    I just experienced the same problem. This needs to be fixed. We enjoy Bingo, but it is discouraging to get all Bingos and then lose the rewards because the screen is locked.

    I cant call valid bingos

    Having the same problem.

    W8.1x64,

    Acer Iconia W700,

    From the very beginning,

    Valid bingos are not scored. In fact, in my case: my bingos are counted in the end of game reward; they are reported in list of all bingos to the left of the screen during a game; but they produce not a "Bingo" happy picture, but a red cross and 10s delay
    as if there was no bingos on field. Auto-bingo also does not seem to work (not sure in this point, as soon as I can't say what is normal behavior, but no "Bingo" picture also).

    XBox connection is established, Facebook is not used.

    Problem running on Surface Pro3

    The following workaround seems to work consistantly!!!

    Before starting Microsoft Bingo change your screen resolution on your Surface Pro3 to something smaller then the recommended 2160x1440.

    1. Swipe from the right and select Settings.
    2. Select Change PC Settings.
    3. Select PC and devices then Display.
    4. Move the bar until the Resolution is 1920 x 1440 and hit Apply then Keep Changes.
    5. Start Microsoft Bingo and voil !
    Note: Once you are up and running and can select things in the Bingo game, you can change your resolution back to the recommended 2160 x 1440 but you may get screen flashing while playing and have to repeat the steps above.
