Microsoft bans the nice people!!

Twice now, I have been treated like s*** by players on Xbox Live. They’ve talked to me like a dog and purposefully ruin my matches. I’ve reported the players BOTH times for not only intentionally screwing with an online match I was in (Overwatch), but also
messaging me with profanity, vulgarity, and utter disrespect. BOTH times, I defended myself AND reported them. I’ve even included messages from the players and I get suspended from messaging.... FOR DEFENDING MYSELF FROM A COMPLETE A**HOLE!!! Microsoft caters
to jerks and suspend anyone who tries to defense themselves! I am fed up with your unprofessionalism!!! They get off scott free for being a jerk and cheater, and I get suspended for defending myself. LET IT BE KNOWN, MICROSOFT SUPPORTS BULLIES!!!!

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

I was in a game then 2 guys on my team killed everyone then i got angery said a mean word now banned

 

It does not matter who starts the conversation if you do ANYTHING that violates the code of conduct and are reported for it your account is subject to enforcement action.

The only thing you can do if someone is acting like these people is to Report, Mute, and block them if you do any thing other then that and what you do violates the code of conduct then you would be subject to an enforcement action along with them.

As long as you reported them and they violated the code of conduct then when the enforecement team investigates your report then they will also be suspended.

If you feel that you should not have been suspended then you can sign into the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com you can file for a case review.
