Microsoft Ban Policy

So i came from playstation and as someone who came from playstation can somebody explain the logic behind Microsoft ban system? I was just playing a game of fortnite and some kid got angry because i didn't revive him, im guessing he reported me for every
option because now I'm coms banned. I'm getting really annoyed of this happening, this is not the first time either, luckily when it happened before i was able to call in because it was day time, now i cant because its 1 in the morning on a Friday night. Microsoft
please heavily revise your ban system, it is broken beyond acceptable.

Definitely check in with enforcement. It may seem like a broken system, but if you make direct contact with the team, theres a good chance this gets lifted sooner than expected because they can look into what happened. What initially happened to
you was the initial report that the other player potentially made triggered a temporary coms ban. Once enforcement looks at it, good chance of reversal depending on circumstances

That's not how it works.

A report is filed,that report is then investigated by a member of the enforcement team & if they discover a ToU/CoC violation they issue a suspension,the length of which is mostly determined by the severity of the offence & whether it is a first,second etc.
offence.

If you file for a case review then it is investigated again & 99.9% of the time the suspension is upheld.It's extremely rare for a suspension to be lifted early or a ban overturned as a thorough investigation was carried out in the first place.

Microsoft's prohibition to play with a friend or other players try to maintain a relationship of respect, just as said person has already reported it for carrying or assaulting the player. to see the
limit of the ban then see it in assist de xbox.

Did the ban come from Xbox or did it come from the game? If you were playing and then suddenly received a ban, I would be surprised that the ban would have come from Xbox that quickly. I have played with some gamers that have been really big Code of
Conduct violaters and I reported them but I didn't notice that they had received a ban because they were able to continue doing everything that they had been doing up to the point of my reporting them. I never got a notification that they took action on anyone.
Besides if someone submits a large number of reports for you that isn't going to make a ban more possible. The enforcement reviews the information then issues bans if they find that you did violate the rules. I asked if it came from the game because:
