    I have preordered another game from xbox store, I have since added more xbox live credit my account. when the pre orders are eventually taking will it deduct my live balance credit before the payment card option?

    So today I redeemed $75 worth of credits onto my account but when I try to buy something it still says my balance is at $0.95. So I was wondering will it update soon or it stuffed up.

    If you chose your account balance when you initially preordered it, then it will take the funds from your account balance. If you chose your card, then it will take funds from your card.

    Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with your Microsoft Account balance. To troubleshoot this, please try

    removing your account     from your Xbox One, performing a
    power-cycle    , then re-adding your account.

    That message keeps appearing because you don’t have enough Microsoft credits. If you did, then your Microsoft credits would be your default payment method. If you still wish to make a purchase, either enter a gift card code or put in your credit card information.
