    Microsoft Balance Not Showing Proper Balance


    I'm having an issue where I'm trying to buy the Sims 4 Journey to Batuu add-on content. I just put in $25.00 into my account balance but when I go to buy the add-on it's showing I have $00.73 in my account but I should have $25.00

    If your trying to purchase something on Microsoft store on the xbox, just go straight to the website Xbox.com that your on now and go through the store on there instead of the xbox. It will show your proper balance and so forth, that's what one the representatives
    said to me by giving me a link to the store.

    Hi Fellow gamer,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with a gift card. We recommend requesting a call from support. They will be able to see what the issue is.

    When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
