    Hello i am leaving this because i am angry about a glitch or mistake that has occurred. I had just under $60 Australian on my Microsoft balance account and i made a purchase of 5500 crowns for the game THE ELDER SCROLLS ONLINE. which is normally around $50 Australian but was on discount for around $35 Australian. I made the purchase and everything was perfect it said I had $25 Australian still left in my account. I then began playing elder scrolls and i got my premium currency, as i should have. Then the next day i went back to the shop to see what i wanted to buy with the remaining $25 before the sale ends on the 2nd of January, but when i arrived in the store i was horrified to see that my balance was under $1 Australian. I am requesting for someone to look into this and have the issue solved or at least explained to me before the 2nd of January because i need to make a purchase before the sale ends.

    So if i top-up my Microsoft account balance with the correct amount using xbox gift cards, then click the change payment method link on the order page will then the option to choose the Microsoft account balance appear in the drop down??

    I have tried these solutions but with no result. Ny microsoft account balance still says $0 but my Xbox still says the correct amount from the gift cards I redeemed. I'm not sure what to do.

    Problem

    Whenever I buy a gift card and the correct amount of my microsoft balance isn't showing up I go into an xbox 360 game then go to the marketplace from the game's title screen. Then I find something to buy. Then I will click on the item but I won't buy
    it. Instead I click on change payment options then it will show my account balance with the correct amount. Afterwards I will hard reset my xbox one and that usually solves my problem.

    Microsoft havn't given me my money after refund was approved 1 month ago

    If you use a Microsoft balance as part of the payment it will be added to your Microsoft balance as well, the same amount that was used.
