    Hi,

    i saw today that i had 219,08 norwegian kr (im norwegian btw) on my microsoft balance. is it about the xbox live reward program? because im not sure how it got there. will it expire if i dont use it within a certain time? i also see that there's been 2 xbox
    live reward deposit refunds. whats that about? how long will the xbox live reward program last btw?

    Hi YokaiiCx. To confirm, deposits were made to your account on 12/14/16 and 4/12/17. You can check your Microsoft account balance at commerce.microsoft.com. These will be listed as refunds from Xbox Live Rewards.

    As was stated in the transition FAQ, which is now available at (Microsoft Rewards - FAQs zum Wechsel von Xbox Live Rewards zu Microsoft Rewards):

    What about my current Xbox Live Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems balance?

    If you have any pending Rewards Credits in your Xbox Live Rewards account on May 31, 2018, or if you are expecting your MyVIP deposit for purchases made in May, 2018, Xbox Live Rewards will convert them into your local currency and deposit them in your Microsoft
    account by June 30, 2018. You will then have 1 year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store.

    You will be able to see your deposit as currency on the Microsoft Commerce page. Your deposit was made on the 19th. They are not converted to Microsoft Rewards Points.

    If you check your digital returns at
    http://commerce.microsoft.com     it should show you if it is deposits from the rewards program. You can also check your rewards statement on the MyRewards section of the rewards site for when deposits took place. If they took place at the same time as the
    deposits on the billing site, then those are definitely from your rewards deposits.

    Currency from the rewards program will expire one year after the deposit if it's not used.

    There is no word on if/when the program will shut down.

    Once your pending Credit amount reaches 5000 or more, you are automatically scheduled for a deposit. You can use the deposit dates listed on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page to see when you received a deposit from our program. You can then double check
    these deposit as actual currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. We see that the amount you refer to is likely your Rewards
    deposits. Since these deposits are of a promotional currency, they will expire one year after being deposited. At the current time, there is no plans to end the Xbox Live Rewards program.

    Any rewards credits you had would be deposited into your Microsoft account balance as currency unless there is an issue depositing into your account. Then they would be added as Microsoft points. You'll want to check
    http://commerce.microsoft.com to see if it shows any deposits. It would be listed in your refunds.

    I got refunded for a game that I paid for in Xbox Rewards deposit and the refund was not paid

    Also, refunds usually show up as a negative balance. So if it says you received a deposit of "Xbox Live Rewards Deposit: $-53.80" that means they credited your account and added those funds (it's counter intuitive as you feel the funds are ADDED "+").

    However, as Smwutches said once the credits are deposited it is an issue with Xbox Billing and you need to continue to pressure them.
