    Hello I purchased two games for the Xbox marketplace sometime last week but I don't think I received any microsoft awards points can someone please help me figure this out

    Just look at the info they are asking for, classic identity theft scam.

    -

    Plus why on Earth would the Microsoft Security Department be using a yahoo email address instead of a @microsoft.com one? And providing a mobile phone number instead of a landline.

    -

    How anyone could think this is genuine is beyond me, especially given the spelling errors.

    You'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order for support to check into your account. If you can post the offers you're looking for credits from, that would help too.

    If you win, you'll be contacted by the Rewards program for your shipping information. I'm not sure if they will send US winnings to Germany.

    Yes. In order to qualify, you have to purchase the game after the punchcard becomes available and after activating the punchcard.
