I would attempt to cancel my subscription through logging in however it doesn't let me log in. All it says is that this account doesn't exist. However, as I'm responding to you on the supposedly non-existed account it clearly still exists. Whenever I click on one of my save emails it asks if I want to send a verification code to va*****@rambler.ru‎. Since, I do not know this account I cannot access it to send the verification code. In addition, if I go through Xbox game pass it says mm****@yahoo.com on the top but says *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** when I try to log in. It also asks for va*****@rambler.ru to send a verification code to that account as well

But the thing is when i go to sign into the account i put the email in and the password, it then sends a verification code to the email but i cant get the code because the email doesnt exist

Unfortunately, once you've deleted the email tied to your Xbox account, it becomes difficult to verify things on services like the EA App if they rely on that email for security.

Here’s what you can do while waiting for the 6/4/25 phone number update:

Go to > https://account.microsoft.com/security

Under Advanced security options, check if there’s any backup method already added (another email or phone number).

If there's none, just let the system timer expire until June 4; Microsoft uses a 30-day protection period before allowing changes to security info. There's no way to speed this up for your protection.

As for EA:

Go to > https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/im-locked-o...

Scroll down and click “Contact Us”

Choose EA app > Manage my account > Can't log in

Explain that the Xbox account is active, but the original email is permanently deleted. Ask if they can help transfer your EA account to a new email or Xbox alias based on proof of ownership.

Hello. I am having the same issue however, the email that the confirmation code will be sent to does not exist anymore. I was trying to change the email address on microsoft but it will still send the confirmation to the email address that does not exist.
I need to change my membership settings and there is no way I can do it. Can someone please help??
