Microsoft Ark Stuck on loading

Welcome to Xbox Community Forum. We appreciate for sharing your concern with us and we hope that you are doing well today.

We understand that you are having an issue with your Microsoft version of Ark Survival Evolved. Let’s us check on this together and sort this out. Rest assured, we will do anything in our capability to assist you with your concern and help you back to gaming.

1. Make sure you know your Microsoft Account credentials before you do the following steps.
   
2. Open Microsoft Store > go to Profile picture on top right hand select sign-out then sign-in again.
   
3. Run Windows App Troubleshooter.
   
   PC Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot > Scroll down to the bottom > Windows Store Apps > Run the Troubleshooter
   
4. Clear Microsoft Store cache.
   
   On Windows Search Bar type “wsreset” and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically. Reboot your computer.
   
5. Reset Ark Survival
   Go to PC settings > Apps > Scroll down and look for Ark Survival > Advanced options > Reset
   
6. Uninstall & Reinstall Store
   In Windows search bar, search for Windows Powershell and Run as Administrator. Copy the command below one line at a time and paste it on Get-AppxPackage -allusers | foreach {Add-AppxPackage -register "$($_.InstallLocation)\appxmanifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode}
   
   Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* | Remove-AppxPackage
   
   Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
   
7. Restart device.

none of the above have worked still will not go past first load screen having identical issue as above have tried all basic troubleshoots plus steps advised here, issues still there.

1. Is this happening also on other games?
   
2. Are you playing also on Pc just like AVG_1988?
   
3. When did this issue happen?
   
4. Was there a recent Windows update or new application installed on your device?
   
5. Do you have any error message/code showing on your screen? Please post a screenshot and conceal any personal information.
