    I have now lost over 300 coins, 50 tickets and at least 40-50 keys as well as a lot of boosts! Where's the fix??? Where's my refund??? The game still not working! Comes up for a few minutes, takes more coins, tickets, boosters, keys but still crashes
    and returns nothing. Yet if you try to buy something, that of course is working just fine. Thieving pieces of crap!

    Hey Microsoft, don't you think you have enough money to replace server?

    I realize it is a game however you do have paying customers and this is BS! I was a paying customer however with all the issues with Microsoft Solitaire that we had after paying I refuse to pay any more to your company until you fix the problems!!!
    Are you listening, do you even care about your products?????

    No access to friends list?

    I really hope Microsoft are reimbursing us somehow for there incompetence to get the servers to run correctly even though we are all still paying for an incompetent service. Not happy

    You can pay for Gold with your Microsoft account balance, but since it starts a recurring subscription, you do need enough funds in your account or another payment method on file in order to pay for the next subscription, even if you plan to turn off
    auto-renewal. The only time you can't pay with a Microsoft account balance is if you are paying off an overdue balance.
