    Microsoft are Anti-English-Language in Trial. How to fix?


    We moved to Japan (temp work [year~]).

    We bought an XBox One today.

    The language is set to English & the Region is set to Japan (as with Playstation)

    We tried to install the 1-Month Trial Code for Online.

    The Machine keeps telling us we have to install in Japanese (KANJI) WHICH WE DO NOT READ.

    How do we install in English?

    &/or

    Why are Microsoft so Anti-English?

    &/or

    If we have to install in Japanese: HOW do we go through a menu we cannot read?

    Typed on my PC with Google Translate set to `Translate to English`.

    Battlefield 1 revolution language problems

    I purchased Battlefield 1 Revolution 3 days ago from xbox one platform and ...the big and very unpleasant surprise was that the language is Arabic! !!! :-(((

    ...without any information or alert from the Microsoft webstore! !!

    How can I change the language to English? it is possible to do it? ... If it is not, how will EA and Microsoft provide the English version to me - I payed for it already!!!

    Is your Operating system a single language pack Operating System?

    If it is a single language pack, we are sorry but you cannot change the language in the Operating System.

    Kindly follow the steps below to change the regional language settings.

    1. Go to
    Start > Settings > Time & Language
    > Region and Language.

    2. To change PC’s language option follow the steps

    3. Select the
    language and then click on Options. If your language is not available, go to language options
    and click on Download (to download the language pack) once the pack is downloaded go back to the
    Region & language, select the Language and Click on
    Set as primary.

    4.
    You will get a notification, “Will be display language after next sign-in.”

    5. Sign out
    of Windows and sign back in, your new language will be set.

    6. To add a keyboard, click on
    Add a language and choose the keyboard language you want to add. To switch between keyboards, you can click the taskbar button and select the keyboard you want to use.

    You can use the keyboard shortcut
    Windows Key + Space to toggle between added keyboards.

    My bad. I did not type in CAPITALS that the System is an XBox One & NOT a PC.

    Seems we have to change the language back and forth to do things like input a Monthly pass Code etc...

    Damn region coding.

    Xbox Remote Play on PC for Xbox app pc get suck at black screen

    I've managed to fix the issue by changing the disaplay language in Windows to English (US) and Preferred Language set English (US) to the first place. Not sure how it's connected to XBOX, but it helped.

    That seems to work, the language has changed to english, however, I have been flagged by anti cheat and I am unable to play the game in this region.
