It sounds like you are using the wrong credentials (Email/ Password). Only one Account can be tied with one Profile.

You are using the wrong Email. You need to confirm what Email (exactly) you are using from an Xbox Console (Xbox 360 or Xbox One). From the Console, view the Account and Email. It will not provide you the Password though.
