    Microsoft and Sudoku hang


    I find that Microsoft Jigsaw and Sudoku hang while ads are loading. The ads are slow to load meaning the games spend most of their time not running (although, the clock in Sudoku keeps running). They are both unplayable!

    Cannot open Microsoft games in Xbox app

    I have played Microsoft solitaire collection, Microsoft jigsaw, sudoku, mah-jong and age of empires for a month and now I cannot open any of these. When I click on them they just hang. Any ideas?

    Minesweeper hangs on start after insider preview 14965 update

    Immediately following the update to preview 14965 the Microsoft casual games Minesweeper and Sudoku now hangs on start. How soon can we expect a fix or a workaround?

    two semi-decent weeks. now once again ads are freezing and crashing Sudoku and Jigsaw. Arkadium needs to be replaced!

    They are looking into it, but it would help if you could describe which ads this happens with and what are you system specs (dxdiag.exe).

    I think all of us have tried these by now. Can you please either suggest something else or get the developers to make some sort of statement about the awful freezing? Even if it's just to say that they're looking into it?
