Microsoft and publishers talking Kinect-less Xbox One performance boost

There are over 40 games available for Xbox One.

 

44 games actually (and growing every week) - I counted.

 

It's still the same Xbox 1 console there has been no hardware revision. It just Xbox 1 without the Kinect. You can plug it in or plug the Kinect out and experience both ways.

 

Indeed he did that makes alot more sense

 

Sorry it's taken me this long to stop laughing at the silver accounts post on edram/esram.

Just a couple of questions if on chip memory had to"sync" to external memory speed ( which is complete gibberish ) why does no on chip memory do this ? Why is esram 1024 bit and how does L1 and L2 cache work if that needs to sync to external memory.

You Sir are spouting random information with no knowledge of how things actually work, please ignore this person guys, and if you don't believe me ask yourselves why are new nvidia and amd graphics cards using hbw (high bandwidth memory) same as esram basically.

 

When these things dropped I focused a lot on the hardware, like a lot...

Having owned both consoles and seeing the difference is so minimal I know realise it does not matter, it doesnt impact on me if its a little trickier for developers...
