    Hi, I have been having a problem with signing in with my microsoft account to minecraft on my Playstation. What happens is I press the sign in button and it tells me to enter the code on my screen in https//aka.ms/remoteconnect. I do so and on my mobile
    phone it sais I have signed in, however on screen it says.

    Oops!Looks like the Microsoft account you are trying to use is already connected to another account for "Playstation Network".

    But I cannot find a way to sign out of Ps network and it is the only account microsoft account I have. I have tried turning it off and on and uninstalling then reinstalling minecraft but neither work. I hope I have put this under the right categories.

    If you never purchased the PS edition, you need to purchase it

    Minecraft needs to be purchased in each platform, one single purchase on a specific platform only works for that platform

    if you are trying to sign into Minecraft on the PlayStation you need to create a Microsoft account and setup an Xbox gamertag etc and then log into Minecraft on the PlayStation with that.
