Microsoft and auto-pay took my money without even warning me.

When you purchase a subscription through Xbox, it does warn you that auto-renewal will be turned on.

Whenever you purchase Live from Xbox it warns you that auto-renewal will be turned on. Since you approved the purchase you also approved the auto-renewal, so you won't be able to get a refund.

If you leave your card on, even without money, they will still attempt to charge you. They will then suspend your account until you pay off the balance from what they have tried to charge you.

Actually! No warning emails were given! So that's another fault in it. It just told me it wasn't able to withdraw money, that's not a warning, that's it already attempting to do so. It was already charging me. Any way, unless you are an actual employee
of this company, than I do not wish to speak to you. Have a nice day and kindly shoo.

PS: Where I live we have contracts for such things as that. You buy it for a year or 2 and you pay it in installments. This is buying 1 month, and them taking out the next month before it is even the next month without giving any warning until they actually
try to take it out and there is nothing there. I'm not going to close my account just because Microsoft wants something for something I did not use. I would understand if I had actually gone online and they had given me a warning and tried to withdraw the
money at the end of the month, but they didn't. I got no warning and they tried to remove it before my 1 month was up and I didn't use it. This would be the equivalent of me paying for car registration for a car I wasn't going to drive or even set wheels on
a road.

Yes, auto pay was on, as it was last year, and everything went without a hitch. Tell me why it is that the money was taken out of my account, and left me broke for 3 days ( which I'm not even mad about, it was my fault for using auto pay) yet I'm supposed
to just not care that they can't find the transaction. This is stupid, and there should be nothing to work out. After sending them everything they asked for, all showing that I have paid, my account still got suspended today. So please, tell me once again
how it's not a rip off. As for your assumption that I was rude and unruly on the phone, that's not correct. I have been a prefect gentleman to these jack ***' until today. No more will I tolerate stupidity from Microsoft.

Had the same problem as you guys are experiencing, except I had a MS points card and it took that, then took money from my paypal without me accepting which I am not happy with as I now can't pay my mobile contract this month!!!

NEEDS RESOLVING PLEASE!!
