    Do you still have access to the original email? Would you please share a screenshot of the part saying that if you do not "update", Microsoft will deactivate your account?

    Also, is the sender of the email using a microsoft.com email address?

    Sadly, this is something that Xbox Support cannot help you with.

    Have you tried resetting the password? If not, try to using this link
    account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx

    If that doesn't solve the problem, try to fill out the Microsoft Account recovery form

    If none of those steps work, you can post on the Microsoft Account team using this link

    Microsoft account team, is the only team that can help you to login into your account, or change information to a valid account.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have a question on a PayPal email. This sounds like it is just an email stating that is letting you know that you got a subscription. The billing agreement would be the price and auto renew if it is
    on. If need further information would need to reach out to PayPal as it is their email.
